Owner, Master Stylist Lea, the hair stylist of the dynamic duo, began practicing the fine art of hair design in 1995, when she started Lea's Salon at Nautilus of Marin on 4th Street in downtown San Rafael. From there she continued to sharpen her skills and grow with experience at Marin Hair Company and Brewer Phillips Hair Design."I can honestly say I LOVE being a hair stylist and I cannot see myself doing anything else. Nothing makes me feel better than making people feel beautiful. I specialize in color, styling, and hair extensions. My goal as the owner of Sorella Hair Studio is to have a professional environment, a friendly team of stylists, and a lively warm place that clients will love."

Alana Vondrak, a Petaluma local, has been working as a stylist at Sorella Hair Studio since 2007. She finds the friendly atmosphere of Sorella a wonderful place to work. Alana enjoys creating new styles and colors for her clients and helping them look and feel their best. She specializes in color, hair extensions, Simply Smooth Keratin Treatment, men's & women's cuts, as well as updo's. If you have a special event to attend or just need an updated hair style, please contact Alana and she would love to help you achieve your new look! My sister Lea Oberlander owns the SORELLA Hair Salon. From 2006-2016, I owned the SORELLA Boutique within the salon. I’ve always admired my sister’s skill in hair design and how happy she made her clients. When Lea suggested that I join her as a fellow cosmetologist, I decided without hesitation to join her in the world of beauty. Looking back, it’s probably the best decision I’ve ever made. I am now a licensed cosmetologist and loving every minute. In addition to hair, I also cater to the eyelash (extensions) lover, my new passion. The lone service I’ve carried forward from my clothing boutique, by popular demand, is my unique jean hemming process. So, You Lucky Duck!!! I look forward to meeting you!!!
